Straight answers.
Will our data be used to train a model?
No. We use enterprise API terms that exclude training, or a model hosted in your own cloud.
What happens when the model is wrong?
The design assumes it will be sometimes. Answers carry their sources, unsure items are flagged instead of guessed, and nothing is written without a person approving it. You also get an evaluation set to check every change.
Can it write to our systems?
Only where we agree it should, one tool at a time, with an approval in front and a log behind. Most first projects are read-only.
Which assistant does our team have to use?
The one they already use. MCP connectors work with Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot, and an agent can also run on a schedule with no chat at all.
Which systems can you connect?
Most tools with an API or a database: accounting, CRM, ERP, project and field tools, email and files. QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft 365 and Procore are common starting points.
How is it priced?
A paid mapping phase, then a fixed price named before you commit. A first connector or agent is usually three to five weeks.
